I had never trained in Muay Thai before and came just for one trial session out of curiosity. I liked it so much that I started coming regularly for the entire time I stayed on the island. Kru Yai is polite but demanding. The training sessions are extremely productive — no unnecessary things, only real work. I will definitely come back here next time. Very good Muay Thai gym in Lamai ! Clean ! Trainers are very good and teach you correctly the techniques ! Training is pretty intense if you want to make it intense. The mood is very cool and friendly. A lot of French speaker ! Price of a session is 300 bath I recommend it 100%
